Refund Policy for Digital Products
At Quick Prep Real Estate, we stand behind our products and your path to success. However, because our study materials are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer no refunds.
1. Nature of Product Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods (PDF Study Guides and Audio files), all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and the download link is issued, we cannot “return” the product, and therefore cannot issue a refund.
2. Technical Issues If you experience any technical difficulties with your download or the files are corrupted, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to ensure you receive a functional copy of the materials you purchased.
3. Accidental Double Purchase If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us within 24 hours with your order details. In such cases, we will gladly refund the duplicate charge.
